I have been treating clients for the past 20+ years assisting them on a personal journey of self-discovery and healing.
Are you dealing with strained relationships or battling depression or anxiety? Looking for help and solutions from past trauma, increasing your feelings of self-worth, marriage or relationship conflict? I can assist you in greater understanding and awareness of yourself.
I'm committed and passionate about helping people improve individual, couple and family relationships. I know that a safe, comfortable and confidential environment is essential in that process. I've worked with thousands of individuals and couples in Southern Utah and eager to work with all those that feel I'm their person.

Hello, thanks for visiting me here. I invite you to experience a cooperative therapy relationship in which you have the freedom to be yourself, to be imperfect, to laugh, and to evolve. Do you feel like you have to look like you have it all together, but inside, you struggle to enjoy life? Despite your best efforts at change, do you feel stuck?
People that speak with me are often like you and me with successful careers, families, and/or social lives. Despite their accomplishments, however, they struggle privately with emotional concerns including anxiety, grief, self-doubt, unresolved trauma, perfectionism, chronic pain, and relationship problems.
I work with you to address these challenges to work towards a healthier and happier every day.

I believe all people seek to find joy and peace in their lives and relationships. Sometimes life gets in the way and things become difficult. Do you find that is happening for you? There are times when as hard as we try, we can’t seem to get the tools and skills to find a way out of it all and we feel like we can’t work through our struggle effectively.
I feel great privilege anytime someone chooses to consult with me in exploring the problems they are facing. No matter the issue, I believe that you are the expert of your own life and I view therapy as a collaborative process. Therapy is more than just talking, it's healing our past so that we can find joy and purpose in today. I have experience working with people that struggle with anxiety, depression, relationships, addiction, and parent-child relationship issues.

Somatic Breathwork & Nervous System Practitioner
Hi, I’m a Certified Somatic Release Breathwork Practitioner ™.
Are you experiencing anxiety, fear, sadness, or overwhelm that feels stuck in your body? You are in the right place. I am here to compassionately hold space for you as I guide you on your personalized journey to express and release trauma and pain from the past and present. Trauma and stress often stay in our bodies long after an event has passed, held as tension and emotional pain. Through gentle guidance, I help you reconnect with your body’s natural ability to process and release these stored experiences, facilitating significant shifts in your emotional and physical well-being.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, unsure where to start, or uncomfortable with your emotions? You're not alone, and you don’t have to navigate it all by yourself. I work with preteens, adolescents, adults, and couples facing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions. I also support individuals navigating blended family dynamics and those healing from religious trauma.
With a background in healthcare, I bring a holistic understanding of how emotional and physical well-being intersect. Whether you're struggling in relationships, coping with loss, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, I offer a warm, grounded, and collaborative space to help you make sense of what you're experiencing and move toward healing.

I'm glad you're here. Asking for support takes courage and I'd be honored to work with you. I offer a compassionate and steady presence for teens, individuals, and couples navigating anxiety/depression, relationship strain, trauma, and life transitions. I offer practical support rooted in evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. My work is both structured and personal, focused on helping clients develop tools that foster long-term growth and emotional resilience.
I'm especially passionate about helping couples build stronger, more connected relationships. I'm formally trained in the Gottman Method for couples therapy, a skills-based model designed to improve communication, reduce conflict, and deepen intimacy.

I'm a warm and collaborative therapist who works with teens, individuals, and couples facing anxiety, relationship challenges, and mood-related concerns. I take an outcome-based approach using evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. Clients often tell me they appreciate the practical tools and guided exercises I offer to help them apply insights from therapy into everyday life.
I specialize in helping people move through emotional stuck points, improve communication, and deepen their relationships. I'm well trained in marital work and use the skills-based Gottman Method to support couples in building connection and navigating conflict. Whether you're a parent watching your child or teen struggle and feeling helpless to fix it, a young person trying to make sense of emotions that feel too big and too loud, or an adult quietly carrying the weight of anxiety, depression, or trauma while still showing up for everyone else, you don't have to keep doing this alone. I work with children, teens, adults, and couples, and after 16 years in this field, I still genuinely love every part of this work.
My focus includes anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and the complex family dynamics that often run underneath them. I also bring a deep background in domestic violence recovery, having spent years directing a children's program at a DV shelter where I worked directly with trauma-affected kids and families in crisis. I draw from CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, EFT, and the Gottman Method. I bring clinical skill, cultural sensitivity, and genuine care to every session. My style is warm, practical, and collaborative, because healing happens best in a relationship built on trust.

I work with teens, individuals, and couples who feel stuck in anxiety, relationships, life transitions or addictions and struggling to find answers. Many of my clients are motivated and self-aware but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be. I bring a grounded, engaged style and focus on helping clients make sense of their patterns, build emotional awareness, and develop practical tools they can use outside of session. My goal is to offer a space where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and equipped to move forward.
I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and the Gottman Method and EFT for couples work. I help clients work through emotional stuck points, improve communication, manage anxiety, and strengthen relationships through structured, skills-based therapy.
