Ian Ludwig

MFTI

I work with teens, individuals, and couples who feel stuck in anxiety, relationships, life transitions or addictions and struggling to find answers. Many of my clients are motivated and self-aware but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be. I bring a grounded, engaged style and focus on helping clients make sense of their patterns, build emotional awareness, and develop practical tools they can use outside of session. My goal is to offer a space where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and equipped to move forward.

I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and the Gottman Method and EFT for couples work. I help clients work through emotional stuck points, improve communication, manage anxiety, and strengthen relationships through structured, skills-based therapy.

Starting therapy takes courage, especially when you've been carrying things on your own for a long time. You don't need to have it all figured out before reaching out. If you're looking for a thoughtful, collaborative space to do meaningful work, I would be glad to be part of that process with you. Please reach out, I can help. You can reach me by calling the office at 435-301-6865 and we can get started.
