Immigration Evaluations In Utah
Immigration Evaluations
Getting started.
Why You Might Need an Immigration Evaluation
An immigration evaluation can make a real difference in your case. These assessments help explain the emotional, psychological, or family challenges you’ve experienced such as separation, abuse, trauma, or persecution in a way that supports your legal process.
Our licensed clinicians are trained to complete evaluations that are compassionate, culturally aware, and trauma-informed. Whether you’re applying for asylum, a hardship waiver, or another form of relief, our goal is to help you tell your story accurately and in a way that protects your wellbeing.
Types of Immigration Cases We Support
We provide psychological evaluations for a range of immigration cases, including:
- Extreme Hardship Waivers (I-601/I-601A)
- Asylum
- VAWA (Violence Against Women Act)
- U Visas
- T Visas
- Cancellation of Removal
Each type of case comes with its own requirements. Our role is to document how your experiences and challenges meet the emotional or psychological criteria needed for your application. We approach each case with care and precision so that your evaluation provides meaningful support for your attorney and your legal team.
Our Approach: Trauma-Informed and Culturally Sensitive
We recognize that many of our clients have endured serious hardships involving loss, abuse, or displacement. Because of this, we take a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach in every evaluation.
Our clinicians offer a welcoming space to share your story without judgment. Spanish-speaking providers are available, and we take great care to understand how your culture, values, and history shape your experiences. Every evaluation is designed to honor your background and help you feel heard, understood, and supported.
Clear, Helpful Reports for Your Legal Case
We believe clarity and professionalism matter, especially when it comes to legal documents. Our reports are written in straightforward, professional language so attorneys, judges, and immigration officials can clearly understand your circumstances.
Throughout the process, we work closely with your attorney to ensure the evaluation directly supports your case. Each assessment includes interviews, standardized tools, and evidence-based findings about your mental health symptoms and how they affect your life. The end result is a report that is both clinically sound and legally useful.
