Justin Stum

I have been treating clients for the past 20+ years assisting them on a personal journey of self-discovery and healing.

Are you dealing with strained relationships or battling depression or anxiety? Looking for help and solutions from past trauma, increasing feelings of self-worth, marriage or relationship conflict? I can assist you in greater understanding and awareness of yourself.

I'm committed and passionate about helping people improve individual, couple and family relationships. I know that a safe, comfortable and confidential environment is essential in that process. I've worked with thousands of individuals and couples in Southern Utah and eager to work with all those that feel I'm their person.

I specialize in treating relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma, life/faith transitions, self-development, and other mental health related process. I'm formally trained in EMDR, DBT, CBT, and mindfulness-based practices to aid in your growth. My style is compassionate and direct. I promote conversations that respect your values and perspectives. I see teens, adults, and couples.

Therapy is more than just talking, it's healing our past so that we can find joy and purpose in the present. I have over two decades of experience working with people living with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, addiction, sexual issues, couples/marriages, and faith transitions/deconstruction work. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming; everyone regardless of their past or values systems are welcome to work with me. I hold space and grace for people of all walks of life, I can and will hold space for  you!

If you're unhappy with your life or the way you are living, I can help you! I'll help you find answers, tools and skills.

Reach out to me through the 'Contact Us' page if you have questions about therapy, to make an appointment, or just get to know me. I'd love to visit with you. You deserve to have the life and relationships you desire, reach out to me, I can help you in that process. Be well and let's connect!

I grew up in the Northwest in a large family. Much of my time is spent hiking and exploring the outdoors with my wife and kids. Challenge and adventure have always been part of what I enjoy. On a typical week you’ll find me meeting up in the early mornings with running friends, hiking a canyon, reading in a hammock in Pine Valley or out with my wife catching a movie. Oh, and I like ice-cream and doughnuts :)

During my personal time, I enjoy trail running, exploring the outdoors, writing, and reading non-fiction and philosophy literature.
