I can assist you with the right tools and you can emerge from fear and pain to build a life with purpose and meaning. Although seeking help can be uncomfortable, I prioritize your safety, comfort, and confidentiality. I support you in navigating difficult emotions, better understanding yourself, and accessing your strengths so you can feel like yourself again.


Using a holistic and integrative approach, I specialize in treating relationships, trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, and other mental health issues. I am formally trained in EMDR and Gottman Method couples therapy and other therapies that when combined provide positive long-lasting results. I treat teenagers, adults, and couples and I’m trauma-informed.


I approach therapy with a collaborative spirit, as I’m here to meet you where you’re at and walk alongside you through your journey with compassionate accountability. I will help you explore your challenges, needs, and desires so you can position yourself to live the life you want and deserve.



My husband and I have been married for over 30 years and we have four sons, three daughter-in-laws, and two adorable grandsons. We love to travel together and learn about other cultures. In my free time you'll find me planning our next adventure, watching chick flicks, eating delicious healthy food, going on bike rides, enjoying a day at the lake, or working out with friends.
